Storm Seascape is an original Oil painting on a canvas panel, framed in a hand painted real wood frame. 
This is one of a series of oil painting seascape views that I have been working on over the autumn of this year and depicts a looming storm above the ocean. It was based upon my local coastline in Kent but is a stunning representation of the ocean at its most spectacular. One of a pair that ideally should be bought together, I love the looseness of these studies. 
Measuring 10”x 8” this piece is unvarnished which allows the natural oils to breathe. The frames are finished with a layer of wax, buffed to a light sheen.
